The 15th International Conference on Intelligent Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing (IIHMSP 2019), the 12th International Conference on Frontiers of Information Technology, Applications and Tools (FITAT 2019) will be held on July 18-20, 2019 in Jilin City, Jilin Province, China. The two conferences are technically co-sponsored by Northeast Electric Power University in China, Fujian University of Technology in China, Chungbuk National University in Korea, The National University of Mongolia in Mongolia, Chaoyang University of Technology in Taiwan,China, Shandong University of Science and Technology in China, Fujian Provincial Key Lab of Big Data Mining and Applications in China, National Demonstration Center for Experimental Electronic Information and Electrical Technology Education (Fujian University of Technology) in China.

 The conferences proceedings will be published in the book series of Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies by Springer. Normally, papers in this series are indexed by EI.

The conference  proceedings will be published in the book series of Smart Innovation, Systems and Techno-logies by Springer. Normally, papers  in this series are indexed by EI. If the paper is not presented in the con-ference, the paper will be excluded from the conference proceedings.

Preparing Papers

The papers should be prepared according to Springer's computer science proceedings guideline.You can  also find the paper templates for LaTeX2e, Microsoft Word(newer format,docx) and Microsoft Word(older format,doc). The paper should be no less than six pages. Before preparing the paper, please take a look at the Guidelines for proceedings authors.

Submission of final papers and copyright transfer forms

1、Evise your paper according to the review comments carefully.

2、Format your paper according to the Template carefully. You can find the paper templates for LaTeX2e and Microsoft Word. The paper should be no less than six pages. The paper more than eight pages are subject to the extra registration fee. Before preparing the paper, please take a look at the Guidelines for proceedings authors.

3、Download and fill in the copyright form (either in the Microsoft Word format or the PDF format).

4、Download and complete the Registration Form.

5、Fill the registration form and finish the payment of registration fee.

6、Send your final paper, filled registration form and the scanned payment (in PDF or JPEG format) to us at iihmsp2019@neepu.edu.cn  iihmsp2019@163.com. (Before April 7, 2019) (Very important)
