The Fourteenth International Conference on Intelligent Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing (IIH-MSP 2018), is technically co-sponsored by Research Institute of Electrical Communication, Tohoku University in Japan, Fujian University of Technology in China, Taiwan Association for Web Intelligence Consortium, Shandong University of Science and Technology in China, and IEEE Signal Processing Society Sendai Chapter.

The conference proceedings will be published in the book series of Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies by Springer. Normally, papers in this series are indexed by EI.

The conference proceedings will be published in the book series of Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies by Springer. Normally, papers in this series are indexed by EI. If the paper is not presented in the conference, the paper will be excluded from the conference proceedings.

Presentation Guide

Each presentation has 20 minutes, including preparation. We prepare a PC for presentation in each room. Please copy the presentation slide (either PowerPoint or PDF format) to the presentation PC beforehand. If you need any special equipment, please contact iihmsp2018@spcom.ecei.tohoku.ac.jp.

All authors are obliged to make a presentation. If you cannot attend the conference, we are planning to offer remote presentation. Please contact iihmsp2018@spcom.ecei.tohoku.ac.jp.

Preparing Papers

The papers should be prepared according to Springer's computer science proceedings guideline. You can also find the paper templates for LaTeX2e, Microsoft Word (newer format, docx) and Microsoft Word (older format, doc). The paper should be no less than six pages. Before preparing the paper, please take a look at the Guidelines for proceedings authors.

Submission of final papers and copyright transfer forms

1. Revise your paper according to the review comments carefully.

2. Format your paper according to the Template carefully. You can find the paper templates for LaTeX2e and Microsoft Word. The paper should be no less than six pages. The paper more than eight pages are subject to the extra registration fee. Before preparing the paper, please take a look at the Guidelines for proceedings authors.

3. Download and fill in the copyright form (either in the Microsoft Word format or the PDF format).

4. Download and complete the Registration Form.

5. Fill the registration form and finish the payment of registration fee.

6. Send your final paper, filled registration form and the scanned payment (in PDF or JPEG format) to us at iihmsp2018@spcom.ecei.tohoku.ac.jp (Before August 15, 2018) (Very important)
